Andrew's new highchair

These pictures were actually taken several weeks ago, but I am just getting around to posting them. Andrew seems to like his new highchair...or maybe it's just his daddy being funny that he likes.

Dressed up for church

Just had to take some pictures of Andrew this morning dressed up for church. This is one of my favorite outfits (one of Charlie's, of course!) and I know he will only be able to wear it a few times before he grows out of it.
I wanted to take some of Genna, too, but she did NOT want her picture taken! We were actually already home from church, so she was ready to change clothes. Lately she doesn't love wearing dresses...she wants to wear "play clothes." She looked very pretty in her blue dress, though. Maybe another time. She doesn't grow out of her clothes quite as fast as Andrew does.

Finally! Smiles from Andrew caught on camera! He smiled for the first time when he was 8 weeks old. Now he's 14 weeks old and we finally have proof that he can do it! It doesn't exactly happen often, but it is happening more and more lately.

Andrew is 3 months old!

Andrew turned 3 months old while my camera was away (see previous post), so these pictures are actually a week late. I took these this morning.

He is smiling more often now, although I have yet to catch it on camera. He also laughed out loud last night! It was a very funny moment. Brian was telling a funny story at the dinner table last night and we laughed about it, got quiet, and Andrew let out a little giggle. Then, of course, we laughed again!

This is Genna at 3 months old in the same bouncer.
What do you think? Do they look alike? I can't decide. One day I think they do, and the next I don't.

Here are a few more pics from this morning. He is sitting in his bumbo seat a little every day, even though his head is still a little bobbly (is that a word???). We are working on strengthening those muscles!

Late 4th of July post

I took these pictures on the night of the 4th of July while we were grilling out with my parents. Then, we went to Huntsville to celebrate my sister, Andrea's birthday and I left my diaper bag, which had my camera in it. So, I just got my camera back yesterday and realized these pictures were on it. Anyway, just wanted to share the rest of our holiday.
