Christmas Eve at home

On Christmas Eve, it was just the 3 of us at home. We had a good time...went to the candlelight service at church, came home and took some pictures while we were dressed up, then rode around and looked at pretty Christmas lights.

We also opened the presents that Uncle Don and Aunt Joan sent!

I love my new baby doll in a carseat!

Merry Christmas!!!

Merry Christmas to all of my Blogging friends!

Here are some shots from our annual Christmas photo shoot for the Christmas card. I dread it every year because I never know how well Genna is going to cooperate, but this year, I think she did pretty good. She likes to have her picture taken...can you tell???

It's a......

BOY!!!

I haven't had a chance to scan any pictures, yet.
We are excited, Genna is excited (we think...I'm not really sure she knows what we are talking about when we say she's going to have a baby brother). Now we've got to come up with a name!

Little Model

Here is Genna being silly modeling the Christmas outfit that I made her. I was trying to get a picture of the outfit for my other blog, but the pictures were just too funny to not share on this one, too!

Thanksgiving

I know...it's been a month since I posted anything! Nothing worth writing about has been happening around here.
We did travel during Thanksgiving to see Brian's brother and his family who we have not seen in 3 years! We had a great time catching up with everyone! Unfortunately, I really didn't take that many pictures. Here are a few, though.

Thanksgiving dinner...what is she eating? ICE!

Genna's favorite thing to do was drawing on the chalkboard. Notice she has her monkey, George, sitting in the rocking chair so he can watch her.

The "artist" at work. In case you can't tell, she's drawing balloons. She's gotten pretty good at anything related to a circle...smiley faces, balloons, sunshines, etc.
